You can use the below services to build your perfect scooter:

POWDER COATING:

You can pick one or more colors from almost 200 colors including fluorescent colors (yellow, orange, pink). The following components can be powder coated:

Decks
Bars
Forks

Both new and used components can be powder coated. All the parts are first sandblasted (original coat is removed) and powder coated afterwards. Quality of the resulting coat matches the quality of a three-layer coat.

Production time: around 1 – 2 weeks.

ANODIZING:

You can pick one or more colors out of the following: black, orange, purple, blue, green, red, gun metal (Tip: check the colors of either Kubars forks or brakes).

Only aluminium-based products can be anodized. That means all the decks can be anodized but none of the CroMo/steel bars. Only aluminium bars can be anodized (District, Blunt, French ID).

All the parts are first sandblasted (original coat is removed) and anodized afterwards. Only new components can be anodized.

Production time: around 2 weeks.

CUSTOMIZING BARS:

Sizing bars down to your preferred height
Narrowing bars down to your preferred width
Bar adjustment in case you plan to use SCS (slit elimination)
Slit making. Not all bars feature slits and if you plan to use them with ICS then the slits have to be made.

Information on customizing bars/adjustments can be found on the particular product page (usually in "field menu").

In case this information is not present on the product page, then note down all your requirements in the Notes field which can be found at the end of the order form, right before Place Order tab.

SCOOTER ASSEMBLY:

It is Easy. You pick the parts, we build your scooter at no charge.

PARTS ASSEMBLY:

For example, you order wheels, bearings, deck and headset and you might want us to install both the bearings and headset. Of course, no problem! Just note it down in the Notes field which can be found at the end of order form, right before Place Order tab. There is no additional charge to you.

MAINTENANCE:

Is your scooter a bit worn out? Visit our shop in Prague or ship your scooter to us. Maintenance fee is only 2 EUR (does not include the cost of potential new/replacement parts).
